How to donate to the NFL’s Mississippi charitable donations account

I’m a little confused about how to donate my money to the charity of my choice.

Is there a way to give directly to the team, or do I have to give some money to a charity that has a charitable exemption?

Thanks for the clarification.

The NFL is not required to file tax returns for the Mississippi charitable registrations, which are a separate form of charitable income that is taxed on its own, but the NFL has to file its taxes in a separate tax-filing period, which can take years.

This means that if I give to the Mississippi charity directly and it gets its tax refunded within a few months, I’ll get no tax deduction.

That’s because the NFL isn’t required to report any income from charitable donations on its tax return.

However, if I donate money to another charity, the NFL will report that money on its income tax return, even though the charitable donation was made directly to that other charity.
