IRS News: September 13, 2018 | The IRS has announced that its Charitable Fund has raised $1,068 million for DontCancelDontCare.
The foundation will use the funds to provide support to its members, including a number of local chapters and organizations.
In total, IRS has given more than $100 million to charities since the IRS was created in 1917.
In 2017, IRA donated $1.1 million to the foundation, which it said has grown to about 30 different local chapters, including the Indianapolis Fire Department, the Indianapolis City Fire Department and the Indiana Fire Protection District.
This is the first year that IRA will not receive a tax deduction for charitable contributions made by the foundation.
